Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WDPS will not commence work until any deposit or advance payment specified in the proposal, quotation or engagement documentation has been paid in full and cleared funds have been received.
Any balance of fees will be invoiced in accordance with the payment terms set out in the relevant proposal, quotation or engagement documentation.
WDPS reserves the right to suspend work where any invoice remains unpaid after its due date.
