When should you get a contract reviewed?
You should get a contract reviewed before signing if the agreement creates financial commitments, limits your rights, imposes liability, includes personal data processing, involves AI tools or software, or contains terms you do not fully understand.
This is particularly important where the contract includes indemnities, liability caps, automatic renewals, termination rights, service levels, data protection clauses, intellectual property provisions or overseas governing law.

For straightforward commercial contracts, we can usually offer a fixed-fee review. For more complex contracts, negotiation support, detailed drafting or multiple agreements, we may recommend hourly or day-rate support.
