This encompasses all technical setup, software licensing, and dedicated analyst review hours. Projects exceeding 50 GB will be scaled and priced proportionally according to the capacity table above.

Datasets between 50 GB and 100 GB typically require a 1 to 2-month turnaround depending on complexity. The total expenditure ranges between £7,000 and £11,000 if a second month is required. This is broken down into different categories:
Setup Costs: The initial setup fee remains a one-time charge between £500 to £1,000 and does not repeat.
Software Costs: The monthly e-Discovery software fee (£500 – £1,000 per month) will recur for the second month.
Analyst Costs: Dedicated review resource hours scale according to the total volume of documents. Month one averages £4,000. Month two requires an additional £1,000 to £4,000 depending on the depth of review needed.
